What is the step-by-step procedure to join the network?

  1. Request access Click on the Request Access button from our website and enter your email address. Make sure that you use your school email address.

  2. Account creation Within 48 hours, we will create your school administrator account and send you the credential.

  3. Presentation video From your school administrator account, you will find the instruction document which contain several "launch" options.

  4. (Optional) Administrator Training If you have any questions, contact us and we will organize a demo presentation at your convenience.

Do we have to sign a contract?

The contract is signed digitally from the main school administrator account.

Do you offer administrator training?

Yes! We strongly recommend that you read all the FAQ and the documentation. Our Forum has a huge amount of extra information about the administrator account, sales strategies and system updates. If you have any other questions, you can always schedule a meeting and one of our representatives will contact you and will answer all your questions. Keep in mind that Zamenhof works around the clock 24/7 so there is always somebody that you can contact on live chat if you have any questions.

How many dedicated administrators per student do I need to assign to this project?

Our promise is 1 administrator for 500 students! That might sound incredibly high, but keep in mind that the role of the administrator is mostly to talk with the newcomers. Once the student is registered for his/her first course, they can manage the rest from the student panel or with the teacher. Also, most of the work is automatized. There are over 500 personalized template emails that can be sent with a single click. This significantly reduces the amount of work required per student.
